New Hyundai Verna 2023 Features Revealed

The new Verna will debut with a 160PS 1.5l turbo petrol engine and will come with a DCT automatic gearbox as well.

Hyundai has revealed the feature list of the new Verna which is due to be launched on the 21st of this month. The new Verna comes armed with a new styling theme led by the global Hyundai look while the interior seems feature packed going by what we have learnt so far. The new Verna will debut with a 160PS 1.5l turbo petrol engine and will come with a DCT automatic gearbox as well. The other engine is a 1.5l naturally aspirated engine with an iVT or CVT gearbox option and a 6-speed manual. We expect to drive the car soon and stay tuned for more updates on this new sedan.

Some of top features revealed regarding the new Verna includes

1. There is a 10.25 inch touchscreen which is connected to a digital instrument cluster. The cluster unit is a TFT display while the touchscreen is an HD unit. This is a big change from the earlier Verna which had a smaller unit and the new Verna also has the largest touchscreen in its class. 

2. In terms of the exterior styling it gets Horizon LED positioning Lamps and DRLs that run across the width of the car while the rear too gets Connected LED tail lamps. This is an unique styling point and makes the car look wider as well.

3. The new Verna gets Front Heated seats that are also Ventilated which is something not found in rivals as only ventilated seats are normally seen and heated seats are mostly a luxury car feature seen on higher segment cars.

4. Switchable type infotainment and climate controller also finds its way into the new Verna

5. The new Verna will come with an 8-speaker BOSE audio system in terms of its sound system.
