'Will hang myself', says woman from fear of challan by Delhi traffic police
A woman was driving scooty in Delhi's Kashmere Gate area when a Delhi traffic police constable stopped her. The constable pointed out three rules which were being flouted by the woman. One she was talking on phone, two her helmet strap wasn't intact and three the number plate of her vehicle was broken. The girl first threatened the constable that she would hit him with her helmet. To this, constable said that she can but he would do his duty. Futher when the police did not allow her to leave, she threatened, "Main yahin phansi Laga Lungi, kya karloge aap"
