UP: Legislative Council Chairman’s son found dead, mother arrested
Hours after Uttar Pradesh Legislative council chairman Ramesh Yadav’s younger son Abhijeet was found dead under suspicious circumstances, the cops have arrested his mother Meera Yadav for allegedly killing her son.
Abhijeet’s body was found in room number 28 of D- Block, Daarul Shafa, where his brother and mother were also present. As per his family’s claims, Abhijeet had a chest pain before he was about to sleep at night and that he had a natural death, as he was found dead in the morning; But, the cops didn’t seem convinced with the story.
The cops have accused his mother of killing her son and have arrested her following an FIR against her. Meera Yadav on the other hand is pointing fingers at her husband Ramesh Yadav.
As per police sources, the accused mother has revealed during police investigation that Abhijeet used to abuse and thrash her after getting drunk in the house and he did the same before he died as well.
Chief Minister Yogi Aditynath has grieved Abhijeet’s death and paid his condolences to the family.
