In the ongoing political crisis in Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif is nominated as the next Prime Minister after Imran Khan lost power last night. Amid all these announcements, the Lahore High Court will be announcing the charges against Shehbaz Sharif's money laundering case. Earlier, The PML-N president faced scores of corruption and money laundering charges. In November 2020, Pakistan’s top investigative body Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) registered an FIR against Shehbaz Sharif, his sons- Hamza and Suleman, and others in a multi-billion sugar scam.
