UP News: Following Bahraich, Wild Animal Attack Claims One Life in Sitapur | Breaking News

After the terror caused by wild animals in Bahraich, Sitapur is now facing similar issues. An elderly woman has died following an attack by a wild animal. It has not yet been revealed which specific animal was responsible for the attack. In the Mahsi tehsil of Bahraich, efforts are ongoing to protect villagers from attacks by man-eating wolves. The administration is actively working to capture the wolves, with several initiatives underway. On Thursday morning, another wolf was successfully captured. As of the latest update, a total of four wolves have been caught, with one additional wolf apprehended on Thursday. However, two more wolves are still being sought. The administration conducted an extensive search operation throughout the night. In the ongoing "Operation Adamkhor," one wolf was captured by the forest department's traps. The captured man-eating wolf was trapped by the forest department team in the Sisaiya area of Mahsi using a net. The department has restricted access to the site. Efforts are currently focused on locating the remaining two wolves, with the forest department team working tirelessly throughout the night on the search operation.
