Voting begins the fourth phase of the seven-phase Uttar Pradesh assembly election. The electorate of 59 Assembly constituencies in the districts of Pilibhit, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Hardoi, Unnao, Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Banda and Fatehpur will decide the fate of 624 candidates.  SP candidate from Lakhimpur Kheri Utkarsh Verma alleged that unidentified miscreants poured fevikwik on an EVM at a polling booth in the Kadipur Saani area. Meanwhile, voting has finally resumed.
