In a massive breakthrough, the Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) recently detained the third aide of the Al Qaeda terrorists Shakeel from Lucknow.  The terrorists were planning to execute serial blasts in Lucknow and other densely populated cities on the occasion of Independence Day. While in other news, a big relief to central government employees and pensioners and their long-awaited Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief will be restored soon. According to a few reports, the employees are supposed to get a 3 percent DA hike in July. Meanwhile, currently, the government employees and pensioners get a 17 percent DA which is given as part of the salary.
