Maharashtra New CM: Watch Big Updates Of The Hour Only On ABP News | Mahayuti Alliance
In Maharashtra, the suspense over the Chief Minister's post has finally ended. On Saturday (November 30), NCP leader Ajit Pawar made a significant statement regarding the CM position, confirming that the next Chief Minister will be from the BJP, while two Deputy Chief Ministers will be from the other ruling Mahayuti alliance partners. Ajit Pawar was in the city to meet 95-year-old social activist Dr. Baba Adhav, who had recently protested against the alleged misuse of electronic voting machines (EVMs) during the Maharashtra Assembly elections. When asked about the Chief Minister's post, Ajit Pawar stated, "The Chief Minister will be from the BJP, and there will be two Deputy Chief Ministers from the other Mahayuti parties. The swearing-in ceremony is likely to take place on December 5. We have decided to move forward with a strong vision." Meanwhile, BJP Maharashtra President Chandrashekhar Bawankule announced on Saturday evening that the new Mahayuti government will take oath on December 5 in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Azad Maidan in South Mumbai.
