Guru Tegh Bahadur's 400th prakash parv to be celebrated in grand way

A 70-member committee has been formed by the central government to celebrate 400th prakash parv of Guru Tegh Bahadur. The arrangements and all the decisions related to the arrangements will be taken by this committee.
