Farmers Protest: When the government is ready to talk, then what is the need for Bharat Bandh?

Farmers are stuck at the borders of Punjab and Haryana in their attempt to march to Delhi with their demands. There will be talks again on Sunday between the government and farmer leaders. But meanwhile the farmers have called for Bharat Bandh today i.e. on 16th February. Now it is worth thinking about whether this bandh has been called only to put pressure on the government.
