10th March incident result of lack of cohesion among Security personnel: EC to Mamata Banerjee

 The Central Election Commission has sent a letter to Mamata Banerjee in a response to the letter written by West Bengal CM. The letter also mentions the incident on March 10 and the action taken on the officers after that. The letter written by the Election Commission mentions that the incident on the 10th also shows no coordination between the security personnel.
