Master Stroke: Dalit man marked in hit list and then killed for spreading violence during Dalit agitation

In Meerut's Shobhapur village, a hit list has been issued which includes the name of 83 Dalit men.
The accusation is that they all contributed to violence during recent Dalit agitation. On eman named Gopi was killed on Thursday.
