ABP News is in villages of India these days. We reached Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow where women were asked if they saw hope in Rahul Gandhi's masterstroke of giving Rs 72000 per year. 

A day after Rahul Gandhi’s promise of implementing his “groundbreaking” minimum income guarantee scheme if voted to power, the party sought to clarify that the scheme was women-centric and the minimum amount would be transferred in the bank accounts of the female members of beneficiary families.
