Lockdown 4.0 ends on May 31. Should we be prepared for the fifth lockdown in the country? Lockdown 2,3 and 4 had considerable ease on a lot of rules, however, the effectiveness of lockdowns is an ongoing debate. The Central Government claims that there have been quite a lot of recoveries in the country and that the recovery rate has also improved. Initially, the first two days saw double number of cases as compared to what now is seen in sixteen days. It is also being said that the death rate in the country is lower than in other countries. However, the increasing number of cases of COVID 19 is still causing a sense of paranoia among the people. On average, reported cases per day are between 6,500-7,000 and with that we are now on the 10th spot.
