Will Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dream project of bullet train not be completed? This question arises as the amount of land that this project requires has not been found. This bullet train is to run from Ahmedabad in Gujarat to Mumbai in Maharashtra, for which Japan has given a soft loan. But to complete this project, National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited needs land. The farmers of Gujarat were somehow persuaded by the government and almost 90 percent of the land was acquired there. But due to the opposition of farmers in Maharashtra, land is not being acquired. The project was to be completed by December 2023, but due to non-availability of land and the opposition of the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress government in Maharashtra, the project does not seem to be possible till the deadline.
