Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat, who is on a three-day visit to Assam, on Wednesday said the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC) would not harm the Muslims in any way.
