Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel attends 'whip beating' ritual on Govardhan puja

Chief Minister of  Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghel attended the 'whip beating' ritual on the occasion of Govardhan puja on Sunday. 
He expressed his feelings through a tweet.
