In Indore, why are the number of funerals exceeding the number of Covid-19 deaths reported? Ghanti Bajao (4.08.2020)

Indore is a hotspot of Coronavirus cases in Madhya Pradesh. The district administration claims that till now, there have been 173 positive cases in the district and 16 people have died. However, during the lockdown, 145 burials have taken place across 4 graveyards in a span of 7 days. This number is much higher than the entire month of March when only 130 burials took place. What is the reason?
