Karnataka Family's Car Flips 15 Times In Fatal High-Speed Crash, 3 Dead — Video
In Karnataka's Chitradurga, a viral video of the incident showed the horrifying moment when one of the victims was thrown from the car as it somersaulted uncontrollably.
Three persons died and two others suffered injuries after a car flipped 15 times and crashed on National Highway 150A between Challakere and Ballari. The crash, which occurred near Bommakkanahalli Majid in Chitradurga district’s Molakalmuru taluk, was so severe that the vehicle violently ejecting passengers mid-air.
The deceased have been identified as three members of the same family--Maula, Sameer and Rehman--who died on the spot. All victims were residents of Yadgir district, Karnataka. The deceased include two children.

Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident. The preliminary reports suggest high speed may have been a factor.
