Telangana Polls: DMK Extends Support To Congress, Directs Cadre To Ensure Victory Of I.N.D.I.A Bloc Candidates
DMK told party wings and cadres in Telangana to form an election working committee and work with the Congress party in Telangana ahead of Assembly Elections 2023.
The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) issued a directive to the party cadre urging them to strive for the victory of Congress party in the upcoming Telangana Elections 2023 on behalf of I.N.D.I.A Bloc. The party told DMK wings and cadres in Telangana to form an election working committee and work with the Congress party to ensure a large margin of victory for the I.N.D.I.A. bloc candidates.
Taking to X, DMK said, "All wings and cadres of the DMK party in Telangana State should strive for the victory of the Congress party's candidates on behalf of the I.N.D.I.A. bloc."
"For the upcoming 2023 Telangana State Legislative Assembly Election, which will be held on November 30, all DMK wings and cadres in Telangana are asked to form an election working committee and work hard with the Congress party to ensure a large margin of victory for the I.N.D.I.A. bloc candidates," it said.

Meanwhile, top Congress, BJP and other party leaders are set to make their way from November 24 to Telangana for last leg of the campaign for November 30 Assembly elections. While the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leaders and state leadership of both the Congress and the BJP are busy campaigning for their respective candidates across the state, the presence of national figures will bring the electioneering to a climax, as per a report on IANS.
All the parties, including Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and the Left parties, are also gearing up for the final round of rallies, public meetings and road shows.
