Telangana Police Jobs 2022 Notification Will Be Released In A Week, Says Minister Harish Rao

The minister revealed that the government has decided to prepare a job calendar from next year

Hyderabad: Telangana Finance Minister Harish Rao on Monday announced that the Telangana police jobs 2022 notification would be released this week.

Minister Harish Rao inaugurated a free coaching centre for police job aspirants in Patancheru of the Sangareddy District Police Department in collaboration with MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy. Speaking on occasion, the Minister said that the police job notification would be issued within a week, and he advised aspirants to study hard and get jobs.

Harish Rao said the Telangana government is filling the vacancies in all the departments in the state. Chief Minister KCR has increased the age limit of 3 years for police jobs as per the students' desire. About 95 per cent of jobs are for locals. Harish Rao said that a 30 per cent quota for women in police jobs is not available anywhere else in the country.

There are 20,000 job vacancies, including fire, forest, excise and police departments. The government will recruit a total of 91 thousand jobs this year. 

The minister revealed that the government has decided to prepare a job calendar from next year.

Harish Rao slammed BJP MP Bandi Sanjay for organising the Praja Sangrama Yatra. He suggested that Telangana students query Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Bandi Sanjay, and Kishan Reddy on Twitter about job notifications, saying that BJP officials should be stopped everywhere. He went on to say that the BJP leaders were attempting to profit from the divide between castes and religions.
