Tiffin Baithak To Protests: Telangana BJP Plans Mega Outreach With 100-Day Plan Ahead Of Polls

With Telanagana Assembly election just months away, the BJP has announced its plan to travel to all 17 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state.

In view of the upcoming Telangana Assembly election, BJP Rajya Sabha member K Laxman has announced that the party would reach out to people with a 100-day plan. The objective will be to remove the "corrupt" government led by the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and bring BJP to power, PTI quoted Laxman as saying.

Laxman said that the party would stage large-scale protests and personally meet 30,000 "opinion makers" across the state who are concerned about public interest.

The BJP has announced its plan to travel to all 17 Lok Sabha constituencies in the state of Telangana. These constituencies collectively cover the 119 Assembly segments in the state. The party aims to address public meetings as part of its campaign, promoting the message of "vote BJP to get rid of corrupt KCR family rule".

He added that the party would also reach out to the new voters.

He said BJP's top leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, would visit the state in the coming months.

On July 8, Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended development programmes and addressed a public meeting in Warangal.

During his visit, he laid the foundation stone for National Highway projects worth over Rs. 5,550 crores, covering a distance of 176 km. This included the 108 km long Mancherial – Warangal section of the Nagpur-Vijayawada Corridor.

Additionally, the Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for the upgradation of the 68 km long Karimnagar – Warangal section of NH-563, aiming to convert it from a two-lane road to a four-lane configuration. This upgrade will enhance connectivity to the Hyderabad-Warangal Industrial Corridor, Kakatiya Mega Textile Park, and SEZ at Warangal.
