Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Xiaomi is gearing up to introduce its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, with an official launch scheduled for February 27. The highly anticipated device will make its debut in China before rolling out to other markets. This unveiling will be part of a broader event where Xiaomi is also set to introduce the SU7 Ultra luxury car, the RedmiBook 16 Pro 2025, and the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro earbuds.
Following in the footsteps of its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which launched in China and later in India for Rs 99,999, the new flagship is expected to come with several upgrades.

When Will Xiaomi 15 Ultra Be Launched?
According to details shared on Weibo, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be introduced in China at 7 PM CST (4:30 pm IST), with a global release slated for March 2 and an Indian launch expected on March 18.
Pre-orders for the device will be available in China through Mi Mall.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is set to run on the company's new HyperOS interface and will feature Leica-branded cameras, promising top-notch photography capabilities. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and paired with 16GB of RAM. The device has been spotted on Geekbench, indicating that it will operate on Android 15.
In terms of camera setup, the smartphone is expected to house a quad-camera configuration, including a 50MP 1-inch type Sony LYT-900 sensor, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN5 ultra-wide camera, a 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto lens, and an impressive 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor equipped with 4.3x optical zoom.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is likely to sport a 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED display, ensuring vibrant visuals. The device is also expected to carry IP68 and IP69 ratings for enhanced water and dust resistance. Leaked renders suggest that the smartphone will come in two classic colour options — black and white. Additionally, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is anticipated to have a thickness of 9.48mm and weigh approximately 229 grams.
