Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Tiruchirappalli on Saturday, marking a historic moment as he became the first prime minister to visit the revered temple. This visit comes ahead of the scheduled inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on Monday. Following his prayers at the temple, PM Modi fed the temple elephant which in turn played a mouth organ to the PM.
According to ANI, an elephant at Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Tiruchirappalli blessed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and played a mouth organ as PM visited the temple to offer prayers. PM Narendra Modi is the first prime minister to visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Tiruchirappalli.

Later in the day, PM Modi will perform 'darshan' and 'pooja' in Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple in Rameswaram at 2 PM.
