BJP Leader Khushboo Sundar Lodges Complaint With TN DGP After Her Twitter Account Gets Hacked

Khushboo said that she hopes this disabling of her Twitter handle doesn't spread hate or incite violence   

Chennai: Tamil Actor-turned-politician Khushboo Sundar on Tuesday demanded stern action should be taken against those who hacked her Twitter account this morning. The BJP leader lodged a complaint with the state DGP against cybercriminals for hacking and misusing her Twitter handle.

After Khusbhoo's account was hacked, the display picture and the cover image were changed while her handle name was transformed to 'briann'. Eventually, all the tweets were deleted from her account. She said that since her Twitter account had been disabled a lot of people have been questioning her about the mishap.

BJP MLA from Thousand Lights Constituency, Khushboo said that she hopes this disabling of her Twitter handle doesn't spread hate or incite violence.   

It is common for political leaders to post their views on their Twitter accounts. Khushboo Sundar has also posted several comments in that regard on her Twitter page. Her Twitter account comprises movies updates, personal views and her family images. Of late, her posts have been provoking and as a result has created debates.

Khushboo, who was earlier in the DMK, joined the Congress. Recently, ahead of the Tamil Nadu assembly elections 2021, she switched to the BJP.
