UP Election 2022: Akhilesh Yadav Advises CM Yogi Adityanath Not To Contest Elections, Gives This Reason

Akhilesh Yadav on Yogi Adityanath: SP chief Akhilesh Yadav has advised CM Yogi Adityanath not to contest for the assembly elections.

UP Assembly Election 2022 News: Ahead of the assembly elections, the political football in UP has gained momentum. SP chief and former CM Akhilesh Yadav are constantly being reported attacking the Yogi government. The SP Chief held a press conference on Saturday, where he took a dig at the BJP. During the Press Conference, Akhilesh Yadav has advised CM Yogi Adityanath not to contest the upcoming assembly elections. He said, "Baba Chief Minister should not contest elections now, he is about to leave. As far as my candidature is concerned, the party will decide from where and when I have to contest elections.”

Supported Caste Census:
In support of Caste census, Yadav said, "We could now know more about the castes who were not able to get the respect they deserved post-independence, thanks to the Caste Census. People from backward castes deserve the same respect as the rest of the population."

'You will lose, even if you give out Petrol and Diesel for free'
Akhilesh did not shy away from attacking BJP on the recent rise in Petrol and Diesel prices. Akhilesh said, "BJP has always thought that if they reduce the prices by a bit, people would definitely vote them into power. We believe that even if BJP reduces the prices of Petrol and Diesel to zero, they would be wiped out of power. After losing the bypolls, BJP has started to woo people by reducing the prices of Petrol and Diesel. Do they have any idea on how expensive cooking gas cylinders have become? Why has nothing being done to reduce these prices. When Diesel becoming expensive, everything else becomes expensive. How can BJP talk about a 5 Trillion Dollar economy, especially with such a high inflation rate?"

"BJP Government wants to sell off all of India's assets"
Akhilesh said, "The government is selling all of India's assets, just like it wants to. If it goes on in this way, the government would also end up outsourcing their duties. This is an alarm for us to wake up and get them out of office. I am glad that the Janwadi Socialist Party now has its own office. This is just the beginning."
