Fire Breaks Out At Warehouse In Gujarat's Valsad, No Casualty Reported
A fire department official said the flames are under control and the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
New Delhi: Fire broke out at a warehouse in Gujarat’s Valsad on Saturday, news agency ANI reported. Fire tenders have reached the spot and no casualty has been reported.
“As soon as we received the information, two fire-fighting teams reached the spot. The third team will also be reaching the spot soon. The fire is under control now. No casualties have been reported. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained,” fire department officer Kuldeep Jatt told the news agency.

The incident took place hours after a massive fire broke out at a godown of edible oil in West Bengal's Howrah district earlier on Saturday. The fire broke out at a godown of Emami Agrotech in Bhagabatipur in Sankrail police station area at 6.30 am, officials said.

Fifteen fire engines had to be rushed to the spot to bring the blaze under control.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, the fire department officials said, adding that there were no reports of anyone being injured in the incident.
Meanwhile in Kerala, two persons were charred to death after the CNG-powered autorickshaw they were travelling in caught fire after an accident, news agency PTI reported. The incident took place in Kannur.
The deceased have been identified as Driver Abhilash (37) and his friend Shaijesh (36).
According to the police, the onlookers could not approach the vehicle as the fire from the CNG cylinder had engulfed the autorickshaw.
