India's Top Records, Achievements At Paris Olympics 2024

India concluded the 2024 Games with six medals (1 silver and five bronze), one short of record seven achieved in Tokyo.

The men's hockey team earned its second consecutive bronze, and Swapnil Kusale also took home a bronze. Aman Sehrawat, despite losing his semifinal bout, secured a bronze medal. At 21, he became the youngest Indian medalist on August 9. For India, medals were won in hockey, shooting, athletics, and wrestling.

Neeraj Chopra won the silver medal in men's javelin throw at the Games with an effort of 89.45m. He is now the only Indian athlete to win two individual medals in athletics at Summer Games.

Manu Bhaker

Haryana's Manu Bhaker won bronze medals in both the 10m air pistol event and the 10m air pistol mixed team, becoming the first Indian woman to achieve an Olympic medal in shooting.
