KKR vs RR, IPL 2024 match rescheduled: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) vs Rajasthan Royals (RR) Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 match, scheduled for April 17 in Eden Gardens, is currently under scrutiny for a possible rescheduling or change in venue, according to Cricbuzz. 

As per the Cricbuzz report, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is considering to either relocate KKR vs RR IPL 2024 match to some other venue or reschedule it to another day.

The original schedule for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) vs Rajasthan Royals (RR) IPL 2024 match coincides with the day of Rama Navami. Authorities are concerned whether they will be able to provide adequate security measures for KKR vs RR IPL 2024 match, slated for that night. 

Also, India is undergoing a general election simultaneously. The overlapping events might prompt the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to relocate or postpone KKR vs RR IPL 2024 match, scheduled for April 17.

Both Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) have been duly informed about the potential schedule change concerning their IPL 2024 match. 

Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) are in touch with Kolkata police to evaluate the security situation.

A top IPL official told Cricbuzz, "The discussions are on with the police authorities and we will take a decision soon."

Shreyas Iyer-led Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) remain unbeaten in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 with two wins from two matches. KRR will go up against Delhi Capitals (DC) in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday (April 3). Sanju Samson's Rajasthan Royals (RR), also with two victories from two IPL 2024 matches so far, will take on five-time Indian Premier League (IPL) winners Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Wankhede Cricket Stadium on Monday (April 1).
