WATCH: Virat Kohli's 'aggressive' net session ahead of 1st T20I against Australia

With their eyes firmly on getting the World Cup combination right, a spirited India will look to continue their dominance over Australia, this time at home, when they play the first Twenty20 International (T20I) game on Sunday.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli was seen having an aggressive net session, ahead of the first T20I against Australia. In the video posted by the BCCI on its Twitter account, a sweet sound of willow can be heard as captain Kohli steps out many numbers of times to hit the ball.

Similarly, in a video shared by the BCCI on Saturday, former India captain MS Dhoni was spotted at a training session.

Besides Dhoni, vice-captain Rohit Sharma also went through an intense training session along with his teammates.

On Friday, captain Virat Kohli and Umesh Yadav were also spotted doing their rounds of practice.

Kohli is back after a well-deserved three-week break and will be keeping a keen eye on the likes of Rishabh Pant and Vijay Shankar, two players who are strongly tipped to make the elite list.
