New Delhi: The worst thing in sports is an unexpected pause that causes sheer frustration, not only for the fans but also to the players and officials. One such incident was recorded on Thursday at the home of cricket, Lords.
The NatWest T20 blast game between Hampshire and Middlesex was interrupted due to a rogue fox that entered the ground while the game was still in play.
The fox entered the ground in the second innings while Hampshire innings, although no serious trouble was caused except the pause.

This is not the first star wildlife appearances on a cricket pitch, with dogs and cats being the leading and most frequent to feature in the past, including the ICC Women’s World Cup and IPL.
The pause however didn’t stop Hampshire in registering comfortable 6 wickets win, with chasing 137 with 2.3 overs to go.
