Recently, AAP's East Delhi candidate Atishi broke down while reading a pamphlet containing “obscene and scurrilous” remarks against her, that she alleged has been distributed in the constituency by her BJP rival Gautam Gambhir, a charge vigorously denied by the cricketer-turned-politician. Speaking to ABP News, the BJP leader said, "Because of individuals like Kejriwal people do not want to enter politics. From day 1 I told our workers that we will not resort to negative politics. You can have a look at my 17 days of canvassing. We can't stoop to the levels AAP has fallen to. I have said in the past that I am not here to for power but to serve the people. If allegations are proved against me I will make Kejriwal prepare my resignation letter which I will sign openly in public.”Delhi: Legendary Cricketer Kapil Dev arrives to cast his vote at a polling booth in DPS Mathura Road along with wife Romi and daughter Amiya #LokSabhaElections2019 #Phase6 pic.twitter.com/g7SoEKkpEh
