Indian cricketer's Rahul Tewatia's new look has become a matte of intense discussion. The Gujarat Titans (GT) star, who plies his trade for Haryana in the Indian Premier League (IPL), donned an interesting look which was shared on Haryana Cricket Association's social media handle as they take on Jharkhand in their ongoing Ranji Trophy faceoff. In no time, the picture went viral online with fans comparing his look to that of the former Pakistan batter Javed Miandad.

Javed Miandad's Stellar Career In Numbers
As far as Miandad is concerned, the batter is considered one of the greats ever to have represented the country at the highest level. The right-handed batter played 124 Test matches for the country, in which he massed 8832 runs at an average of over 50 including a highest score of an unbeaten 280*. In the 233 ODIs too, he was more than a handy and accumulated 7381 runs at an average of over 40. In the game's purest format, he had 23 centuries to his credit while in the ODI format, he managed to score 8 hundreds, being the architect of several famous Pakistan wins.
Overall, Miandad played over 400 first-class games and scored more than 28,000 runs- a testimony to his longevity and consistency at a competitive level. His List A career also witnessed him featuring in 469 games in which he scored close to 14,000 runs. Apart from his primary skill, Miandad was an occasional bowler as well and picked 17 wickets in Tests and 7 in the white-ball format.
