ICC T20 Cricket World Cup: Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Apex Council receives conflict of interest complaint against Mahendra Singh Dhoni's appointment as Team India mentor for T20 World Cup, reports PTI. The development comes after BCCI announced that MS Dhoni will be India's mentor for the upcoming ICC T20 Cricket World Cup.
Team India's 15-member squad for the T20 World Cup, which is to be played in October 2021 has also been announced. Along with the MSD news, there were quite a few surprises in India's 15-member squad that was announced on Wednesday, but nothing quite like the exclusion of Shikhar Dhawan - the long-standing opening batsman of the Indian team in limited-overs cricket.
Sourav Ganguly, the BCCI President was very happy with Dhoni's appointment.
