The Venue Of Lord Rama And Goddess Sita’s Wedding:

As per the Valmiki Ramayana, Goddess Sita was born in Janakpur, which was formerly known as Mithila or Videhanagari. The Manimandap in Rani Basaar is believed to be the sacred location where the divine wedding of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita took place.

When Is Vivah Panchami In 2024?

According to Hindu mythology, Lord Rama and Goddess Sita were married on the Panchami Tithi (fifth day) of the Shukla Paksha in the month of Margashirsha. This year, Vivah Panchami will be celebrated on December 6, 2024, under the Shravan and Dhanishta Nakshatras, accompanied by Dhruva Yoga.
