Ingredients

  • 2 Piece Beetroot (grated)
  • 2 Cup Full Fat Milk
  • 3 Tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.5 Cup Jaggery or Sugar
  • 2 Pinch Cardamom Powder
  • 10 Piece Cashew
  • 10 Piece Almond
  • 2 Tablespoon Raisin
  • 4 Tablespoon Coconut (grated, optional)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Take a pan and add heat it. Once it's add in cashews, almonds, and raisins. Saute it until its golden brown and remove it aside.

Step 2

Add in grated beetroot and saute for about 6-7 minutes till the raw smell disappears.

Step 3

Pour in milk and let it cook on low heat. Stir it occasionally until the milk reduces.

Step 4

Add in jaggery or sugar and mix it well. Stir till the mixture thickens.

Step 5

Sprinkle cardamom powder and add grated coconut if you're using it. Stir it well.

Step 6

Add sauteed dry fruits and mix it well. Serve it warm or chilled.
