- 450 Gram Chicken Breast or Thighs (boneless)
- 1 Piece Medium Onion (diced)
- 2 Piece Medium Carrots (sliced)
- 2 Piece Celery Stalks (chopped)
- 3 Piece Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 6 Cup Chicken Broth
- 2 Piece Bay Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- Parsley (chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper

Prepare All The Ingredients: Chop all the vegetables and garlic. You can also cut the chicken into smaller pieces.
