- 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Gram Flour
- 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Piece Tomato (pureed)
- 4 Tablespoon Fresh Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Cashew Paste
- 0.5 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
- Fresh Coriander
- Salt
- Oil
Cooking Instructions
For marination, take a bowl and add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, gram flour, spices in it. Mix it well to form a paste.
Then, add paneer cubes and coat it well. Marinate it for about 20 to 30 minutes and allow the flavours to absorb.
Take a pan and heat oil. Roast the marinated paneer till its golden brown. Once done, then set it aside.
Take a deep pan and add oil or butter in it. Add chopped onion and saute till its golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and cook.
Stir in turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, coriander powder, and salt. Cook it till the oil separates.
Add in the cream and cashew paste for a velvety texture. Simmer and cook for about 2 to 5 minutes.
Add crushed kasuri methi for an added flavour.
Add grilled paneer to the gravy. Simmer the heat and allow the flavours to absorb.
