Deepti Sharma Becomes Second Indian Woman To Score Fifty And Take Five Wickets In Test Match

While India had posted 429 runs after opting to bat first in which Deepti chipped in with a 113-ball 67, India then went on to dismiss the Three Lions for a paltry 136, courtesy of an outstanding spell by Deepti as she finished with figures of 5/7.(Image Source: PTI)

This is just the second time that an Indian player has achieved the double of a five-wicket haul and scoring a fifty in the same match in Women's Tests. The first time this feat was achieved by a player was in 1985.(Image Source: PTI)
