Indo-US Drill: Exercise Yudh Abhyas is held annually between India and the United States with the goal of exchanging best practices, tactics, techniques, and procedures between the two armies.

The India-US joint military exercise is now taking place in Uttarakhand, around 100 kilometres from the LAC. The preceding drill took place in October 2021 at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in Alaska. According to the Ministry of Defence, the exercise will include the US Army's 2nd Brigade of the 11th Airborne Division and Indian Army soldiers from the Assam Regiment. (Image Source: Twitter/@I_Corps)
