“I have known Tanya for almost 9 years now. We met in 2016 when I was dating someone else and didn’t see her in that capacity, but we grew close over the years. Even when she shifted base back to Singapore, we continued being in touch. Last year, I was ready to settle down, and I couldn’t do a long distance. "“I did have a live-in relationship with Tanya for 8 to 9 months before we decided to take the plunge. If it is a feasible option I highly recommend it to people. It is perfectly fine if people don’t believe in the institution of marriage and go for a live-in relationship. As long as both parties are on the same page, who are we to say anything?
