Chandrayaan-3: 'No Chance At All' Of Waking Up Lander And Rover Now, Ex-ISRO Chairman Says

There is now no hope of waking up the Chandrayaan-3's moon lander and rover, an eminent space scientist said on Friday, signalling a possible end to India's third lunar mission. Space Commission member and former ISRO Chairman A S Kiran Kumar, who was actively associated with the mission, told PTI: "No, no, there won't be any more hope of reviving."

A half-a-kilometre stretch of a road connecting Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur to Budaun was allegedly dug up with a bulldozer by a representative of a BJP MLA over non-payment of “commission” by the contractor, news agency PTI reported.

On Tuesday, Maharashtra Ministers Sudhir Mungantiwar and Uday Samant signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for bringing back Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's "Wagh Nakh" or tiger claw from the Victoria and Albert Museum to India for three years, news agency PTI reported.
