Making Juice At Home: Consumption of juices can be beneficial for your health. People often buy juicer machines to extract and consume juice at home. However, ignoring certain things while making juice at home can ruin your experience. This will not only spoil the taste of juice but also reduce the health benefits of the juice. If you consume juice during breakfast in the morning, you should always take care of certain things while making juice at home. 

1. If you are extracting juice at home with the help of a juicer, make sure that the juicer is not too hot.

2. Excess heat destroys the nutrients found in fruits and vegetables. 

3. Always drink juice at normal temperature to maintain the nutritional value of the juice.

4. It is always recommended not to store fresh juice in the refrigerator.

5. Do not add sugar to enhance the taste in the juice. Fruits contain sufficient amount natural sugar on itself.

6. Consumption of too much sweet fruit juice can increase your sugar levels. 

7. Always consume vegetable juices to stay healthy and do not add salt or any other spices to it.

8. While extracting vegetable or fruit juice, remove any seeds found in it.

9. Seeds spoil the taste of juice, while eating many vegetable seeds may damage your health.

10. Mixing bitter green vegetables with a more bitter taste in the juice can spoil its taste, making it difficult to drink.
