  • Vitamin C based serums are great for brightening the skin. These serums often also contain glutathione as well which is the body’s master anti oxidant and ideal for maintaining a youthful glow.
  • Hyaluronic acid is very helpful to keep the skin hydrated. Well hydrated skin always looks fresh.

  • Alpha and beta hydroxy acid based (in low percentage) creams and serums can help in causing mild exfoliation and keeping the skin fresh and healthy.
  • Retinol is the master anti ageing molecule. It helps in promoting cell turnover and also stimulates collagen and elastin production leading to revitalised, youthful skin.

  3. Face wash, having a gentle cleanser is very important. The harsh products strip away rhe natural oils. Avoid scrubs and exfoliants as they tend of dry and irate mature skin.
  4. Retinol, incorporate using retinol is your products it helps stimulate collage, reduce fine lines and improve the texture.
