Bengaluru 'Rave' Party: 86 People Who Took Part In Event Test Positive For Drug Use, Says Anekal DSP

During the police investigation, it was revealed that all the attendees of the rave party were from out of state.

In a recent development, a rave party organized by KL Vasu was raided and busted near Electronics City in Bengaluru by the Central Crime Branch (CCB), according to Mohan Kumar BS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anekal subdivision. During the police investigation, it was revealed that all attendees were from outside the state. Further, CCB transferred the case to Hebbagodi Police.

Mohan Kumar BS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anekal subdivision said, "A rave party organized by KL Vasu was busted by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) near Electronics City, in Bengaluru. In the police investigation, it was found that all of them were from outside the state. CCB Police transferred the case to Hebbagodi Police."

"We have not arrested any actress, we have collected 30 urine samples after we found them present at the party. A total of 86 people who participated in the rave party tested positive. No arrests have been made," he said.

The special wing of the CCB police is preparing to issue notices to the individuals involved and summoning them for questioning.

On May 20, police conducted a raid on a rave party titled 'Sunset to Sunrise Victory,' which was attended by 100 people, including tech professionals, Telugu actors, and others. Attendees were reportedly using MDMA, cocaine, hydro ganja, and other substances, all of which were seized by the police from a farmhouse.

Further, Karnataka Home Minister Parameshwara has stated that the state will not tolerate rave parties.
