Muslim men paint BJP office walls with Madhubani art

Patna (Bihar)[India], July 11 (ANI): Ahead of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah's visit to Patna, six youths including two Muslims, painted the walls of party's office with Madhubani art, showcasing achievements of Modi government in the last four years.

Shah is scheduled to visit Patna on July 12, 2018, in the wake of 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

The artisanship depicts some of the flagship schemes of Narendra Modi government, such as Jan Dhan, Mudra, Ujjwala, Make in India, Digital India, Krishi Bima Yojana. Notably, they painted the premises of the office in accordance with the topics, which the BJP is expected to present before the voters ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

Speaking to ANI, one of the Muslim painters, identified as Shoeb Aalam, said that he hasn't charged any money for his services.

"I am doing all these things totally free, didn't take money for this. Modi ji did much good work for the country and I am impressed with his work," he said.

BJP state president Nityanand Roy also lauded PM Modi for making efforts in order to uplift the status of the backward class in the society by getting them enrolled under various schemes, such as Ujjawla Awas Yojana, Make in India, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan since coming to power in 2014.(ANI)
