Aurora Gaming Wins Skyesports Masters 2024, Earns Spot in Skyesports Championship 2024

The peak viewership recorded for Skyesports Masters 2024 was 41,833.

Counter-Strike-based Skyesports Masters 2024 tournament concluded on April 14 and Aurora Gaming emerged victorious by defeating the OG by a score of 3-1. The winning team is taking home $105,000 out of the $350,000 prize pool. It has also secured a slot for itself in the next tournament of the 2024 Skyesports Counter-Strike 2 roadmap, the Skyesports Championship 2024. The Skyesports Masters 2024 kicked off on April 8 and went on till April 14. Eight teams from India and Europe competed for the lion's share of the prize pool. 

The OG competed with Aurora in the finals after facing defeat by it in the opening game itself.

Grand Finale Results

Facing Aurora in the Grand Finals was OG. The team had already lost to Aurora in their opening game of the Skyesports Masters. The map-wise results of the tournament were as follows:
● Anubis: 13-6 (Aurora Gaming)
● Mirage: 11-13 (OG)
● Ancient: 13-10 (Aurora Gaming)
● Overpass: 13-3 (Aurora Gaming)

After the finals, an Aurora member expressed gratitude to the team's fans, and said, "I am feeling really good; we played really well today. Thank you for watching, for the support, and for everything. We will continue trying our best and look forward to playing some LAN."

The peak viewership recorded for Skyesports Masters 2024 was 41,833, which is a significant increase from the previous year, according to Esports Charts.
