Free PS Plus Games For November

Joining "Death Note Killer Within" on November 5 are other thrilling titles such as "Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged" and "Ghostwire: Tokyo." Players will be able to claim these games and enhance their gaming library upon release.

In addition to the new titles launching on November 5, players can also look forward to classic horror games like "Dino Crisis" and "Siren," alongside recent hits such as "Dead Island 2" and "The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me," perfect for extending the thrill of the Halloween season.

'Death Note Killer Within' Gameplay

"Death Note Killer Within" draws from the gripping narrative of the original series, which follows Light Yagami, a high school student who discovers a mystical notebook capable of ending lives simply by writing a person's name. The game creates dynamic tension as players engage in a strategic battle of wits akin to a high-stakes game of chess, with Light and L, the world-renowned detective, at the centre of a thrilling showdown.

In this new game, up to 10 players take on the roles of stylised game pieces as they navigate the board. The gameplay bears resemblance to "Among Us," where players complete tasks while trying to unearth who among them possesses the deadly Death Note. Players will be divided into two factions: one supporting Kira and the other working alongside L to identify the hidden threat.

Participants can select from four distinct roles: Kira, L, a follower of Kira, or an investigator. Each role boasts unique abilities to aid in uncovering the other team's objectives. For instance, Kira can gather identification from other players to use in the Death Note, while followers can assume Kira's responsibilities. Meanwhile, L’s team can deploy surveillance cameras and gather information from non-player characters to piece together the mystery.
