In its praise, Netflix has also made a social media post saying South Korea's Squid Game is said to be its biggest series launch ever. In terms of popularity, Squid Game has overtaken many stellar web series' to occupy the number one position.

In a funny approach to educate people on traffic regulations, Mumbai Police recently tried to explain traffic rules to people through a short clip of the Squid Game.

Gets more than 110 Million views in a month:

This Korean show, which garnered more than 11 crore views within four weeks of its release, is being told to become the biggest record ever. As you could have guessed from this, Squid Game has also beaten Netflix's popular web series Bridgerton. Bridgerton had 82 million views in 28 days. If any episode of a web series is being watched for more than 2 minutes, then Netflix counts it as a view. Netflix shared the post on its official Twitter page and said that the Squid Game series has been watched by 110 Million people.

Squid Game has been released in more than 30 languages, making it suitable for audiences all over the globe. The first season of Squid Game has been released with 9 episodes. The runtime of the first season is around 8 hours 12 minutes. In this series, a group of 456 people who are in debt become part of a Korean game. This game is based on a Korean children's game. People are lured with a prize money to participate in this game. In order for one person to win the prize, all others need to die in this game. The person who wins the game gets $38.7 million as prize money.
