'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9': Punit J Pathak wins the show; beats Aditya Narayan & Riddhima Pandit!

Top-rated reality show 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9', hosted by director Rohit Shetty, finally came to an end last night (10th March). Actor-choreographer Punit J Pathak, who came out as one of the strongest contestants of the ninth season of stunt-based reality show, was declared the winner. Along with the winner's trophy, Punit J Pathak also took home the prize money of Rs 20 lakh and a brand new Swift car. The grand-finale of 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9' kept the viewers glued to their seats with full-on entertainment and dynamic stunts. Aly Goni was the first contestant, among the top 5 finalists, to get evicted from the finale race. Later, Shamita Shetty lost to Punit and got eliminated. Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, 'Rising Star' judges Shankar Mahadevan, Diljit Dosanjh and Neeti Mohan among others were the guests. The new season of singing reality show 'Rising Star' will replace 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9' from next week on 'Colors'. Heartiest congratulations to Punit for winning 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'.
